Jacques Lemoisson
Founder
Jacques Lemoisson has managed and advised global macro strategies since 2005. He works from a quantamental approach: a fundamental global macro and top-down reading, worldwide and cross-asset, combined with quantitative processes.
He is the author of Global Macro Insight, a daily research note written for institutional readers.

Stephane Salino
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer
Stephane Salino joined GATE Capital Management SA in March 2022 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer, after eighteen years in the asset management industry.
He began his career in 2004 as Head of Operations at EIM, then one of the larger hedge fund managers specialising in tailor-made mandates for institutional clients. In 2014 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and a member of the executive committee of LumX Asset Management, a Swiss listed alternative asset manager previously known as Gottex. In 2020 he joined Trajectoire Capital Group SA, a Geneva asset management firm focused on volatility and risk management solutions, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer.
He graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) in Paris.

Gautier Venerati, CFA
Senior Asia and technology portfolio management
Gautier Venerati has over twenty years of experience in Asian equity management, with recognised expertise in Chinese markets — A-shares and H-shares — and in Asian technology value chains.
He began his career with a major Canadian insurer, where he developed an understanding of risk and long-term allocation, before spending more than a decade in senior positions managing Asian equity portfolios at an international banking group.
His fundamental, disciplined approach, focused on industrial transformation, is the ground the firm's China strategies stand on.

Bertrand Goddard
Outsourced Chief Technology Officer retained specialist
Bertrand Goddard serves as outsourced Chief Technology Officer, advising on technology strategy, digital architecture and innovation.
He brings experience in designing secure and scalable platforms, modern data architectures and AI-enabled systems for complex business environments. The role is to ensure technology supports the firm's growth, strengthens operational resilience, and provides a foundation for future digital capabilities.
